Termeni si conditii (RO)

Va rugam sa cititi cu atenție urmatoarele specificatii legale. Utilizarea website-ului si, implicit, a modificarilor ulterioare presupune ca sunteti de acord cu Termenii si Conditiile de utilizare (specificatii legale), astfel cum sunt ele descrise in cuprinsul acestui document. In caz contrar, va rugam sa nu accesati site-ul www.beko.ro.

Website-ul este furnizat de ARCTIC S.A., al carei sediul social este situat in Romania, ors. Găești, str. 13 Decembrie nr. 210, judetul Dambovita, numar de ordine in registrul comertului J15/253/1991, CUI RO933930 (denumita in continuare „Arctic”, „noastre”, „noua”). Website-ul este destinat informarii publicului larg, iar utilizarea lui este guvernata de dispozitiile cuprinse in prezentul acord intitulat Termeni si Conditii.

Arctic isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica prezentele specificatii legale in orice moment, fara notificari prealabile. Toate aceste modificari vor fi aduse la cunostinta utilizatorilor prin publicarea directa pe website-ul www.beko.ro. In cazul in care continutul website-ului este desuet, Arctic nu este raspunzator pentru niciun fel de prejudiciu cauzat.

Conditii de Utilizare

Acest website, precum si orice serviciu de comunicare sau interactiv care poate fi pus la dispozitia dumneavoastra prin intermediul website-ului, au ca scop unic informarea asupra produselor si serviciilor noastre. Utilizand acest website si/sau serviciile aferente furnizate prin intermediul sau agreati, acolo unde este cazul, sa furnizati informatii adevarate, precise, de actualitate si complete despre dumneavoastra, astfel cum acestea apar in formularul de inscriere sau oricare alte formulare de inregistrare.

In situatia in care datele furnizate nu sunt conforme/reale sunt imprecise, nu mai sunt de actualitate ori sunt incomplete, sunteti de acord ca in calitate de administrator al website-ului ne rezervam dreptul de a suspenda sau inceta oricare si/sau toate serviciile de utilizare curente sau viitoare, cum ar fi dar fara a se limita la: dreptul de a refuza acordarea beneficiilor garantiei comerciale.

Actiunile utilizatorilor

Fara a se limita la activitatile cuprinse in lista de mai jos, nu va este permisa utilizarea acestui website sau a serviciilor puse la dispozitie prin intermediul acestuia, pentru oricare dintre urmatoarele:

incarcarea, afisarea, publicarea, transmiterea de e-mail, reproducerea, distribuirea sau orice alt fel de transmitere, de informatii sau date sub forma de text, muzica, sunete, fotografii, grafica, video, mesaje sau orice alte materiale, inclusiv orice contributie (financiara sau de alta natura) care este ilegala, daunatoare, amenintatoare, ofensatoare, jenanta, abuziva, hartuitoare, defaimatoare, vulgara, obscena, calomniatoare, frauduloasa, cu conținut licentios, ori care constituie intruziune in intimitatea celorlalti, incitand la ura sau discriminare ori care incalca sub orice modalitate dispozitiile legale in vigoare, precum si normele de conduita/morala general acceptate;
incarcarea, afisarea, publicarea, transmiterea de e-mail, reproducerea, distribuirea sau orice alt fel de transmitere de continut care victimizeaza, hartuieste, degradeaza sau intimideaza un individ sau un grup de indivizi din motive religioase, de sex, orientare sexuala, rasa, etnie, varsta sau handicap;
vatamarea in orice fel a minorilor;
prezentarea sub o identitate falsa ori folosirea frauduloasa a unui act ce serveste la identificare, legitimare sau a unui astfel de act falsificat inclusiv, dar fara a se limita la Arctic sau la reprezentantii acesteia, precum si declararea in mod fals sau ascunderea legaturii cu o anumita persoana fizica sau a apartenentei/afilierii la o anumita persoana juridica;
falsificarea de titluri sau instrumente de plata ori manipularea identitatilor mentionate in materialele noastre, cu scopul de a masca originea oricarui continut transmis catre sau prin intermediul website-ului;
incarcarea, afisarea, publicarea, trimiterea de e-mailuri, reproducerea, distribuirea sau orice alt fel de transmitere de continut pentru care nu aveti drepturile de transmitere conform legii aplicabile, relatiilor contractuale sau fiduciare (cum sunt informatiile interne, informatiile brevetate si informatiile confidentiale dobandite sau dezvaluite ca parte a relatiilor de serviciu sau aflate sub incidenta unor contracte de confidentialitate);
incarcarea, afisarea, publicarea, trimiterea de e-mailuri, reproducerea, distribuirea sau orice alt fel de transmitere de continut care incalca brevetul, marca inregistrata, secretul comercial, drepturile de autor sau alte drepturi de proprietate intelectuala apartinand unor terti si reglementate potrivit prevederilor legislatiei din Republica Moldova sau potrivit Tratatelor internationale in materie in care Republica Moldova este parte;
incarcarea, afisarea, publicarea, trimiterea de e-mailuri, reproducerea, distribuirea sau orice alt fel de transmitere cu scop publicitar, de materiale promotionale, junk mail, spam, chain letters, scheme piramidale care nu sunt autorizate sau solicitate de catre destinatar;
incarcarea, afisarea, publicarea, trimiterea de e-mailuri, reproducerea, distribuirea sau transmiterea oricarui material care contine virusi software, de tipul "cai troieni", "viermi", time-bombs, cancelbots sau orice alt cod, fisier sau programe proiectate care au ca efect să intrerupa, sa distruga sau sa limiteze functionalitatea calculatorului din punct de vedere al software-ului si hardware-ului, a echipamentelor de telecomunicatii sau orice activitate distructiva ori disruptiva similara, precum si interceptarea clandestina sau deposedarea de date, sisteme sau informatii personale;
afectarea intr-un mod negativ a abilitatii altor utilizatori de a accesa site-ul www.beko.ro sau de a beneficia de serviciile aferente;
implicarea in orice activitate care este contrara sau care afecteaza in mod negativ scopul sau destinatia website-ului sau a serviciilor inclusiv, dar nelimitandu-se la manipularea, coruperea sau alta actiune ori tentativa de acest fel care afecteaza partial sau in totalitate rezultatul Serviciilor, prin inregistrarea unor terte persoane fara acordul utilizatorului real sau inregistrarea multipla a aceleiasi persoane sub acelasi nume sau sub nume diferite etc.;
interferarea sau intreruperea Serviciului/serverelor/retelelor conectate la Serviciu sau neconformarea cu oricare dintre cerintele, procedurile, politicile sau regulamentele retelelor conectate la Servicii;
incalcarea in mod intentionat sau involuntar a oricarei legi cu aplicabilitate locala, nationala sau internationala.

De asemenea, utilizand website-ul sunteti de acord sa nu colectati, colectionati sau inmagazinati informatiile despre utilizatorii website-ului ori despre continutul publicat de terte persoane pe acest site si nici sa nu utilizati aceste informatii in scopuri care contravin destinatiei si obiectivelor acestuia. Totodata, este interzisa transmiterea sau facilitarea transmiterii unor e-mailuri de grup sau comunicari nesolicitate prin intermediului website-ului.

Prin acceptarea prezentelor specificatii legale, garantati si sunteti de acord ca Arctic nu este responsabil pentru continutul materialelor transmise catre Arctic sau publicate pe site-ul www.beko.ro de catre utilizatori.

Arctic nu efectueaza verificari, monitorizari, analize sau editari ale continutului publicat de catre utilizatori. Totusi, Arctic si prepusii acestuia isi rezerva dreptul sa refuze in mod discretionar, precum si daca este cazul sa indeparteze fie partial, fie total orice material pe care Arctic il considera cu buna-credinta ca nu este conform acestor Termeni si conditii sau care este nedorit, nepotrivit sau incorect.

Arctic nu este responsabil pentru orice omisiune sau intarziere in indepartarea respectivului material. In calitate de utilizator al website-ului veti fi in continuare responsabil pentru acuratetea, legalitatea, decenta sau oricare alt aspect ale unui material transmis, indiferent de continut (in special materiale continand contributii), precum si pentru orice alte comunicari catre Arctic.

De asemenea, veti fi singurul responsabil in legatura cu obtinerea tuturor aprobarilor si consimtamantului referitoare la utilizarea oricaror drepturi de autor/drepturi conexe drepturilor de autor in conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 139/2010 privind dreptul de autor şi drepturile conexe dispozitii aplicabile pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova. In aceasta privinta, in masura in care luati la cunostinta astfel de situatii, sunteti de acord sa notificati imediat Arctic pentru orice utilizare neautorizata a serviciilor, precum si pentru aparitia oricaror brese in sistemul de securitate de care ati luat cunostinta sau sunt suspectate cu buna-credinta de dvs.

Utilizarea materialelor trimise de catre utilizatori

Prin acceptarea prezentelor specificatii legale sunteti de acord ca Arctic poate pastra materialele trimise de dvs. si poate, de asemenea, sa dezvaluie continutul materialului/materialelor in cazul in care i se solicita acest lucru prin lege sau cand pastrarea ori dezvaluirea continutului acestora este necesara pentru:

solutionarea unui litigiu de natura juridica;
aplicarea Termenilor si Conditiilor;
a raspunde la reclamatii cu privire la incalcarea drepturilor tertilor prin continutul materialului;
protectia drepturilor inerente personalitatii, drepturilor de proprietate sau a sigurantei Arctic, a utilizatorilor sau a publicului larg.

Utilizand site-ul www.beko.ro, intelegeti si acceptati ca procesarea si transmiterea tehnica a datelor prin intermediul acestui website, inclusiv a materialelor dvs., poate implica:

transmiterea prin diverse retele de comunicatii a datelor;
modificari pentru conformitatea si adaptarea cerintelor tehnice ale retelelor de legatura sau echipamentelor.

Arctic nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru stergerea sau omiterea stocarii anunturilor, contributiilor sau oricaror altor informatii transmise de dvs. sau de alti utilizatori catre noi.

Revizuirea periodica (care implica stergerea partiala sau totala a materialului/materialelor de pe website) este la totala discretie a Arctic. Prin acceptarea Termenilor si conditiilor garantati ca materialul pe care il trimiteti sau il afisati pe site este al dvs., iar trimiterea si/sau afisarea acestuia o faceti pe raspunderea dvs., raspundere care acopera printre altele acuratetea informatiilor publicate, intregimea si utilizarea materialului. Confirmati, de asemenea, ca nu va veti baza in redactarea materialelor dvs. pe nicio informatie, text, date, muzica, sunet, fotografii, grafice, video, mesaje sau alte materiale create de Arctic sau transmise noua de catre terti, inclusiv continutul website-ului.

Prin acceptarea prezentelor specificatii legale confirmati si sunteti de acord ca punctele de vedere exprimate pe website-ul www.beko.ro nu reflecta in mod automat si obligatoriu viziunea sau opinia Arctic in legatura cu evenimentele descrise/relatate. Arctic nu sustine, nu aproba si nici nu garanteaza in vreun fel continutul materialelor afisate sau trimise de dvs. sau de alt utilizator (inclusiv orice contributie care este sau nu editata de Arctic sau de designerii sai ori prezentata pe website, editata sau needitata, partial sau total, individual sau impreuna cu alt continut).

Restrictii in folosirea materialului

Continutul acestui website este destinat strict informarii. Este interzisa utilizarea website-ului in scopul vanzarii sau comercializarii de orice fel, precum si modificarea, copierea, publicarea, afisarea, transmiterea, adaptarea sau exploatarea in orice fel a continutului website-ului, cu exceptia cazului in care se permite in mod expres de catre compania Arctic S.A.. Acest lucru se va permite numai in situatia in care obtineti in prealabil atat acordul scris al Arctic, al autorilor materialelor respective, cat si al entitatilor activand in domeniul proprietatii intelectuale. Publicarea, afisarea sau exploatarea in scop comercial a oricarui material de pe website-ul www.extragarantie-moldova.beko.ro este posibila numai daca vi se permite in mod expres. Pentru a obtine permisiunea noastra puteti sa ne contactati la adresa de contact afisata mai jos. De asemenea, intelegeti si sunteti de acord cu faptul ca, inclusiv in cazul in care obtineti permisiunea Arctic, a autorilor si a entitatilor activand in domeniul proprietatii intelectuale nu puteti modifica, anula sau insusi drepturile apartinand autorului/autorilor materialelor inclusiv, cum ar fi dar fara a se limita la drepturile de autor/drepturilor conexe drepturilor de autor, drepturile asupra oricaror marci inregistrate etc. Utilizand website-ul, sunteti de acord cu respectarea oricarei alte restrictii incluse.

Transmiterea de Materiale nesolicitate

In administrarea website-ului, Arctic nu solicita si nu doreste sa primeasca informatii confidentiale, secrete sau brevetate ori alte asemenea informatii de la dvs. prin intermediul website-ului, adreselor de e-mail sau orice alt mijloc de comunicare. Oricare informatie sau material propus sau trimis catre Arctic, nu va fi considerat confidential sau secret cu exceptia datelor cu caracter personal care sunt guvernate de un regim special si a caror prelucrare se va efectua in conditiile prevazute de Regulamentul European nr. 679 din 27 aprilie 2016 privind protecţia persoanelor fizice în ceea ce priveşte prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal şi privind libera circulaţie a acestor date şi de abrogare a Directivei 95/46/CE (Regulamentul general privind protecţia datelor) si a Legii nr. nr.133/2011 privind protecţia datelor cu caracter personal. Prin propunerea sau trimiterea informatiilor, precum si a altor tipuri de materiale catre Arctic, garantati originalitatea acestora si faptul ca nicio terta persoana, fizica sau juridica, nu are drepturi asupra lor.

Alocarea utilizatorului de Licenta Limitata

Corespondenta cu Arctic, inclusiv propunerea sau trimiterea de materiale, a contributiei sau a altor informatii ori materiale catre Arctic ori catre website, implica in mod obligatoriu si automat cesiunea tuturor drepturilor dvs. de autor/drepturilor conexe drepturilor de autor cu caracter patrimonial catre Arctic (drepturi de autor a caror transmitere este posibila si in conformitate cu legislatia aplicabila) in maniera irevocabila, gratuita, exclusiva, nerestrictionata, pe o durata nedeterminata si cu posibilitatea de a fi cedate de Arctic, la randul sau, catre alte persoane in functie de necesitatile proprii de business (ex. Transmiterea catre societatile membre ale grupului Arçelik din care face parte Arctic., unele dintre acestea avand sediul in afara Uniunii Europene respectiv in Turcia. Totodata, sunteti de acord ca, prin transmiterea materialelor, a contributiilor sau informatiilor catre Arctic ori catre website-ul www.beko.ro, transferati prin aceasta actiune si orice licenta de utilizare, reproducere, modificare, adaptare, publicare, traducere, de creare de materiale derivate, de distributie, prezentare (in public) si de afisare a materialului/materialelor in cauza, total sau partial, inclusiv orice informatii, sugestii, idei, desene sau concepte cuprinse intr-un astfel de material sau la care se face referire. De asemenea, acceptati ca au fost cedate orice drepturi de natura morala asupra respectivelor materiale.

Site-uri de legatura

Utilizand site-ul www.beko.ro, aveti posibilitatea sa va legati de alte site-uri web (Linked Sites). Acestea din urma se deschid, in genere, intr-o alta fereastra separata. Link-urile catre alte site-uri sunt furnizate in unicul dvs. beneficiu. Site-rile legate apartinand unor terte persoane nu sunt supravegheate, controlate sau examinate in nici un fel de catre administratorul website-ului. Arctic nu este responsabil pentru continutul, disponibilitatea, anunturile publicitare sau orice alte materiale, indiferent de natura lor, ale site-urilor web legate, precum si a oricaror legaturi suplimentare continute acolo, neimplicand aprobarea Arctic sau asocierea cu Linked Sites.

Dvs. veti fi responsabili in exclusivitate in ceea ce priveste respectarea conditiilor corespunzatoare de serviciu ale site-urilor legate si, implicit, a oricaror obligatii corelative ce va incumba in ceea ce priveste drepturile de autor/drepturilor conexe drepturilor de autor, confidentialitatea, defaimarea, decenta, dreptul la intimitate, securitatea si exportul legilor legate de folosirea unor astfel de Linked Sites si de orice continut aflat acolo. Arctic nu poate fi in niciun caz raspunzator, direct sau indirect, pentru pierderile de orice fel care rezulta sau care sunt ocazionate de crearea/folosirea site-urilor legate ori a informatiilor sau materialelor accesate prin intermediul Linked Sites. Orice intrebare in legatura cu continutul acestora trebuie directionata catre administratorul site-ului respectiv sau catre web master. Arctic isi rezerva in exclusivitate dreptul sa adauge, sa modifice, sa refuze sau sa elimine fara instiintare prealabila orice rubrica sau link-uri catre diversi utilizatori.

Este interzisa crearea de link-uri catre site-ul www.beko.ro fara acordul prealabil al Arctic. In caz contrar, veti fi raspunzator pentru orice prejudiciu sau pierdere suferita de catre Arctic ca urmare a nerespectarii acestei restrictii.

Concursuri, Promotii, Simulari sau Jocuri

Arctic poate oferi in cadrul Serviciilor promovate sau in cadrul website-ului ori prin intermediul sau, promotii, simulari sau poate organiza concursuri etc.

Pentru a lua parte la promotii, participatii sunt rugati sa completeze un formular de inscriere. Toate datele cuprinse in formularul de inscriere revin in proprietate Arctic.

Prin „utilizator inscris” se intelege orice persoana care transmite o parte sau toate datele solicitate prin formularul de inscriere.

Utilizatorii inscrisi au permisiunea sa detina un singur cont. Cei care detin mai multe conturi vor fi descalificati din cadrul jocului/concursului/promotiei/simularii, cu exceptia cazului in care regulamentul jocului prevede in mod expres inregistrarea multipla a participantilor. Arctic isi rezerva dreptul de a suspenda sau revoca inregistrarea oricarui utilizator care incalca regulile jocului/concursului/promotiei/simularii.

Utilizatorii inregistrati consimt sa remita catre Arctic sau agentia acestuia, agenti publicitari, sponsori sau parteneri promotionali toate obligatiile ori posibilitatile care reies din participarea la jocuri/concursuri/promotii/simulari desfasurate sau accesate prin intermediul site-ului www.beko.ro.

Arctic nu poate fi tinut responsabil pentru defectiunile tehnice de orice fel, de tip hardware, software, pentru pierderea sau indisponibilitatea conexiunilor din retea sau din pricina transmisiunilor de date esuate, trunchiate sau intarziate care pot limita capacitatea utilizatorului inregistrat de a participa la orice concurs/promotie/simulare/joc.

Orice utilizator inregistrat se va supune regulilor impuse de orice joc/concurs/promotie/simulare, regulilor de fairplay si de consideratie fata de participantii sau alti utilizatori intregistrati. Incalcarea de catre utilizatorul inregistrat a oricareia dintre regulile sau principiile de comportament publicate pe website sau pe site-ul unde se desfasoara jocul/concursul/promotia sau simularea va determinat imediat descalificat acestuia precum si revocarea/anularea inregistrarii.

Arctic nu are obligatia sa despagubeasca in vreun fel utilizatorul care incalca prezentele specificatii legale ori regulile specifice fiecarei tip de activitate din aceasta sectiune.

Premiile care fac obiectul jocului/concursului/promotiei se afla sub incidenta regulilor/regulamentelor publicate in prealabil in legatura cu competitia aferenta desfasurata.

Arctic isi rezerva dreptul sa anuleze, sa inceteze sau sa modifice orice joc/concurs/promotie sau simulare, precum si sa modifice regulile de desfasurare a acestora, in orice moment si fara vreo notificare prealabila.

Drepturi de proprietate intelectuala

Toate materialele care se regasesc pe site-ul www.beko.ro se afla in proprietatea Arctic S.A. si sunt protejate de legislatia privind protectia drepturilor de proprietate intelectuala din Romania, respectiv Legea privind dreptul de autor nr.8/1996 cu modificarile ulterioare si de legislatia corelativa aplicabila pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, respectiv Legea nr. 139 /2010 privind dreptul de autor şi drepturile conexe.

Arctic este singurul proprietar al continutului website-ului inclusiv, cum ar fi dar fara a se limita la drepturi de autor, inventii si inovatii, marci inregistrate, secrete comerciale si alte drepturi de proprietate intelectuala. Cu exceptia situatiilor specificate si prevazute in acest document, nu aveti permisiunea sa descarcati sau sa salvati o copie a website-ului ori a vreunei parti a acestuia.

Totusi, aveti dreptul de a utiliza si descarca anumite extrase de pe site-ul Arctic sub rezerva exclusiva a folosirii in mod privat de catre cel care a efectuat copierea, cu respectarea urmatoarelor conditii:

pastrarea oricarei marci, logo sau alta inscriptie care apare pe ecranul copiat, imagine printata sau stocata;
elementele de natura grafica vor fi pastrate alaturi de textul pe care il insoteste;

Incalcarea acestor Termeni poate conduce la suspendarea permisiunii de utilizare a site-ului.

Este interzisa utilizarea website-ului in scopuri comerciale. Utilizarea in mod ilegal a site-ului www.beko.ro ne da dreptul de a lua orice masuri legale.

Renuntarea la garantie

Website-ul si serviciile aferente sunt furnizate ca atare fara drept de garantie expresa. Arctic respinge orice/toate garantiile, incluzand, dar nelimitandu-se la:

orice garantie ce priveste disponibilitatea, acuratetea, caracterul adecvat, increderea (siguranta), promptitudinea, utilitatea sau orice altceva de acest gen in ceea ce priveste continutul website-ului si serviciile aferente;
orice garantii de titlu, garantii de neincalcare, garantii de comerciabilitate sau potrivire pentru un scop particular; respingerea responsabilitatii se aplica oricaror pagube sau vatamari cauzate de catre website incluzand, dar fara a se limita doar la acestea:

orice eroare, omisiune, stergere sau defect de continut;
orice functionare nereusita (ratata), eroare, omisiune, intrerupere, defectare, stergere, intarziere in operare sau transmitere, virusi de computer, linie de comunicare avariata, furt, distrugere sau acces neautorizat, degradarea sau folosirea informatiilor neoficiale, fie ca este vorba de incalcarea unei conventii;
orice prejudiciu produs, neglijenta, defaimare sau alte asemenea.

Arctic nu garanteaza, de asemenea, ca:

oricare parte din website nu va fi infectat cu virusi, viermi, cai troieni sau orice alt virus informatic care manifesta proprietati distructive;
accesul la website va fi neintrerupt sau lipsit de erori.

Arctic nu este raspunzator pentru situatiile in care website-ul nu va fi disponibil pentru moment sau pentru o anume perioada de timp.

Arctic nu garanteaza faptul ca materialele prezentate pe site pot fi accesate sau ca acestea pot fi folosite ori rezultatele obtinute in urma folosirii materialelor prezentate pe website sunt accesibile sau utile.

Dvs. va asumati in intregime riscurile si costurile folosirii acestui website.

Limitarea raspunderii

Arctic, directorii, angajatii sai, agentiile cu care colaboreaza, liber-profesionistii, sponsorii, asociatii, clientii, succesorii sau cedentii nu vor raspunde pentru:

niciun fel de prejudiciu cu caracter direct/indirect, special, punitiv, incidental si, pe cale de consecinta, pentru nicio alta paguba care rezulta din disponibilitatea sau imposibilitatea de a folosi website-ul, chiar daca Arctic sau agentii sai ar fi fost avertizati de posibilitatea producerii acestor pagube si indiferent de forma actiunii, contractuala sau extracontractuala;
orice reclamatie referitoare la erori, omisiuni sau alte inexactitati ale website-ului ori proprietati distructive ale acestuia.

Arctic va fi responsabil numai in limitele legii.

Despagubiri

Accesand acest website sunteti de acord ca, in situatia in care prin activitatea dvs. produceti un prejudiciu Arctic sau prepusilor sai, veti fi pe deplin raspunzator pentru repararea integrala a acestui prejudiciu la solicitarea Arctic si/sau a prepusilor sai in conditiile art. 1398 si urmatoarele din Codul civil al Republicii Moldova. Evaluarile pot fi atat cu valente positive, cat si negative si au in vedere in mod exclusiv produsele si caracteristicile acestora descrise de producator.

Inregistrarea unui review are semnificatia transmiterii catre Arctic a dreptului de a afisa, modifica, sterge, traduce, reproduce, utiliza, in mod exclusiv si nelimitat din punct de vedere teritorial a continutului unei astfel de evaluari.

Arctic nu garanteaza disponibilitatea de stoc a produselor afisate pe website-ul www.extragarantie-moldova.beko.ro cu titlu de prezentare si nici aspectele privind pretul de comercializare al acestora. Pentru informatii privind disponibilitatea produselor, a stocurilor ori referitoare la preturi va rugam sa utilizati datele de contact puse la dispozitia dvs. si prevazute la sectiunea Contact (e-mail, telefon etc.). Arctic nu este raspunzator pentru orice intarzieri legate de timpul de livrare si nici de calitatea produsului in momentul predarii de catre transportator clientului. In anumite situatii este posibila intarzierea companiei in livrarea produsului din cauze independente de vointa acesteia, precum aparitia unor situatii cum sunt dar fara a se limita la: incendii, cutremure, pandemii, razboaie, greve, acte de terorism si alte asemenea imprejurari calificate drept forta majora potrivit uzantelor.

Clientul va fi responabil pentru orice defectiune cauzata produsului cumparat cu intentie/sau din culpa sa proprie cum ar fi dar fara a se limita la: avarierea acestuia prin lovire, incendiere, inundare (pentru unele produse), spargere, urmand a pierde dreptul de a i se aduce produsul la conformitate in temeiul prevederilor Legii nr. 105/2003 privind protectia consumatorilor;

In cazul in care in urma achizitiiei constatati o defectiune a produsului cumparat, va rugam sa anuntati reprezentantii Arctic pentru a solutiona aceasta situatie pe cale amiabila si in conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 105/2003 privind protectia consumatorilor.

In vederea solutionarii cererii dumneavoastra, reprezentantii Arctic vor verifica: conditiile contractuale de achizitie a produsului, precum si indeplinirea conditiilor prevazute de lege in vederea acordarii beneficiilor garantiei legale de conformitate/garantiei comerciale pentru produsul in discutie.

Informatiile referitoare la lista magazinelor care comercializeaza produse Beko pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova au caracter orientativ si sunt prezentate cu titlu general. Nu suntem raspunzatori pentru niciun prejudiciu ori paguba produsa dvs.in legatura cu acest aspect.
